Sovereignty clause
GalyarderWallet is self-custodial software. You control your keys, you control your capital. With control comes responsibility. We provide tools, not custody.
No warranty
This software is provided as-is. Test thoroughly. Audit the code. Start with small amounts. We make no guarantees about uptime, compatibility, or future development. Your capital, your responsibility.
Open source
Core wallet functionality will be open-sourced under MIT license. Fork it, audit it, improve it. Premium modules may have commercial licensing. Transparency is non-negotiable.
Prohibited use
Don't use GalyarderWallet for illegal activities. Don't attempt to compromise other users' vaults. Don't redistribute as your own. Common sense applies.
Limitation of liability
Maximum liability is zero. You assume all risk. This is experimental software for sovereign individuals who understand the implications. Not for retail. Not for speculation. For capital operations only.
Modifications
Terms may evolve. Changes will be versioned and transparent. Continued use implies acceptance. You can always fork the last version you agreed to.
